Still celebrating Christmas!

 
Our Christmas starts with a special dinner
on Christmas Eve.
We have fish, pierogi (a real treat from St. Vladimir's),
garlic, honey......
and this year borscht,
specially made by chef pj.
It was so good, we had extra helpings.
 



 
On Christmas day, after mass, we enjoy our gifts
to each other and have a good breakfast.
Moose liked trying on sweaters.
 
 
 
 

At last the snow came and we were blessed with
the most wonderful day!
We kept warm and cozy and full of good things.

  1. You know how much i am all for celebrating beyond the 25th!!!! Countries all over the world celebrate until 12th night - and here - it is almost as if Christmas is wiped from existence on the 26th.

    Not so at my house! And apparently not so at yours!! :-)
