IT'S SPRING & I'M LOVIN' IT!

The few days in Washington D.C.were a sight to behold.

although the blossoms weren't

ready for us, they were exquisite....

 

 

 

what can be said about the Easter Bunny

and his ears?

everyone wants to be him!

 

 

 

have a BEE-utiful spring!

 



We all have more snow now.....

and the blue sky in the day,

the full moon at night,

makes the light and snow

all crisp and fun.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

It's good to have "cabin fever" -

then you'll know how wonderful the

pleasure of being outside feels.

Go out & about!



The New Year and not finished celebrating.....

 

we are not done playing in the snow,

or clearing driveways and pathways...

or visiting - Lauren's house...

or blowing out candles - Zuzu's is next!

 

Not even finished catching sales on

extra Christmas trees, all lit up like

Christmas once again.

 

 

 

Christmas is love in all it's many ways!

Still celebrating Christmas!

 

Our Christmas starts with a special dinner

on Christmas Eve.

We have fish, pierogi (a real treat from St. Vladimir's),

garlic, honey......

and this year borscht,

specially made by chef pj.

It was so good, we had extra helpings.

 

 

On Christmas day, after mass, we enjoy our gifts

to each other and have a good breakfast.

Moose liked trying on sweaters.

 

 

 

 

At last the snow came and we were blessed with

the most wonderful day!

We kept warm and cozy and full of good things.

 

Christmastime is here.....

time when they will find their new home.....

 and where there is a red tree....

 it can only be at Lauren's......

make the best peanutbutter cookies!

Always give THANKS.....

for the abundance of

nature, friends &

family.

 

 

 

May we never forget why it is we are able to

wake up each day.

May we always give thanks for what we have

and what we have not.

It is a powerful word,

never to be taken lightly,

"THANKS"
